• Answer Phones
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Good Organization Skills
• Support the customer in finding a home that fits their needs perfectly
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Following direction and our processes.
• Driven and a strong work ethic
• Personable and friendly demeanor
• Stellar listening and two-way communication skills
• Other duties as needed 

Helpful but not required:

• Experience in sales service type selling
• Knowledge of real estate sales
• Financing or banking experience
